Warner Bros Tours and Retail brand is seeking an Ecommerce Content & Operations Manager to oversee content and creative production, product launches, onsite quality and ecommerce operations across the UK, US and Japan storefronts on a twelve-month contract.

The successful candidate will drive ecommerce best practices, establish operational standards, and deliver high-profile launches supporting major franchise activity.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ecommerce content and site management experience.
• Experience owning high-volume product launches.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.

• Oversee end-to-end content and creative production across storefronts UK/US/Japan.
• Own ecommerce product launch process with data, assets, stock and risk management.
• Support site roadmap with testing and new functionality.
• Ensure onsite quality, site standards and data governance.
• Lead search, taxonomy, and discoverability initiatives.
• Oversee promotion planning and execution across storefronts.
• Lead and develop central content team and coach staff.
