Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, Global Clinical Trial Physician to lead scientific strategy and execution across global clinical studies. You will drive protocol development, data integrity, and regulatory submissions with cross-functional teams of scientists, clinicians, and operations professionals.

As the senior scientific leader, you will shape development plans, oversee data interpretation, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations while mentoring junior colleagues.

Formación

• Degree in Life Sciences - MD, PhD, PharmD, MS, RN or equivalent scientific discipline
• 10+ years of experience in Clinical R&D, including operating in a matrix environment
• Recognised expertise in your Therapeutic Area and/or Clinical Science function
• Advanced knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the full drug development lifecycle - from discovery through to registration
• Strong understanding of study design, statistics, clinical operations and the regulatory environment
• Experience with protocol development, data review, CSR validation and regulatory documentation

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the subject matter expert for development, conduct and submission of clinical studies across your portfolio, from protocol development through CSR review
• Contribute to clinical development plans and harmonisation of standards across programmes and indications
• Lead clinical oversight of study data and collaborate with Data Management and Programming
• May serve as Trial Lead for complex studies with cross-functional accountability
• Present data and insights to investigators, staff and senior leadership with scientific credibility
• Partner with teams to lead process improvements and train staff across the function
