Job summary

GSK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Director for AI ML & Cloud Security to lead the design, governance and delivery of enterprise AI security capabilities. You will own the agentic framework, AI security standards and cloud security governance across Azure and GCP, spanning a 17-role function with teams in the UK, India and the US.

Qualifications

• Leading cyber security or AI engineering in regulated environments.
• Proven executive leadership across multi-country teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI security programs.

Responsibilities

• Set the three-year plan to move CSO services from rule-based to agent-operated.
• Own architecture, engineering and secure delivery of the agentic framework.
• Oversee data fabric build, testing and vendor handover for operations.
• Define AI security standards and threat models across CAS and GSK AI.
• Lead a 17-role function across five sub-functions and three countries.
• Govern AI platform security, risk tiers, incidents and shadow AI discovery.
• Guide cloud security governance across Azure and GCP.
• Oversee adversarial AI defense including red teaming and testing.
• Translate EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 into architecture.
• Represent the function to CISO, Enterprise AI and regulators; escalate material AI risk.
• Manage vendor relationship and service definitions for the agentic framework.
