Job summary

Rotork is seeking a senior procurement leader to own the global direct materials subcategory. You will shape the three-year roadmap, lead supplier negotiations, and drive regional projects that strengthen supply resilience across borders.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations and Finance to ensure continuity and qualification, and you will manage supplier relationships worldwide with a focus on value, delivery performance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement or category management within direct materials.
• Experience leading global and regional sourcing projects and supplier negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen, contract management, and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global direct materials subcategory strategy.
• Lead multi‑regional supplier negotiations and performance improvements.
• Drive category projects (localisation, dual-sourcing, VA/VE) and ensure supply continuity.
