Job summary

Rotork is seeking a strategic procurement leader to own and shape the direct materials subcategory globally. You will drive the category roadmap, lead negotiations with key suppliers, and deliver regional projects to strengthen resilience and performance.

You will report to the Global Head of Category Management and partner across Engineering, Quality, Operations and Finance to ensure supply continuity and optimal value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement/category management within direct materials.
• Experience leading global and regional sourcing projects and supplier negotiations.
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems; strong Excel/analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategy for direct materials subcategory and manage supplier relationships worldwide.
• Drive regional projects that strengthen supply resilience and performance.
• Execute sourcing strategy including RFx, long-term agreements, cost models and TCO improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations and Finance to ensure supply continuity.
