Job summary

The Association is seeking an experienced leader to oversee a global digital transformation program, coordinating cross-functional teams and Agile delivery across customer-facing and enterprise systems. You will report to the COO and line-manage a Project Manager, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years as project or program manager for a major global digital transformation.
• Experience leading teams and managing third-party vendor delivery of digital transformation programs.
• PMP or Prince2 or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for a global digital transformation including website modernization and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Set up governance structures to oversee progress and ensure compliance with global standards and policies.
• Align program goals with enterprise strategy and executive leadership priorities.
• Support executive and board-level communications and reporting.
• Organize and facilitate all program-level meetings with Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Technical Leads across IT teams.
• Develop a program plan with goals, roadmaps, timelines, budgets and KPIs.
• Champion Agile methods and incremental value delivery across the journey.
• Identify risks and drive risk assessment and mitigation; coordinate dependencies between programs.
• Work with Organizational Change team to develop a change strategy for adoption up to the C-suite.
• Maintain a change management plan and track adoption indicators.
