Job summary

The Association is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a global digital transformation program, coordinating across projects and functions. The role requires Agile delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the COO in a hybrid work environment.

You will manage a diverse team, including Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and work with IT leadership to ensure data integrity and security compliance during the transformation journey.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
8+ years of related experience, incl. 3+ years as PM/PM for global digital transformation.
Experience managing teams and third-party vendor delivery of digital transformation programs.
PMP or Prince2 or equivalent qualification.
Experience using Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and leading development programs using Agile and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

Lead program management for a global digital transformation program across customer-facing and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Set up governance structures to oversee program progress and ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements.
Align program goals with enterprise strategy and executive priorities; support executive reporting.
