Job summary

Association of International Certified Professional Accountants is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a global digital transformation program, coordinating across projects and functions. You will work with the MPC and the Director – Digital Product Management to ensure delivery through Agile practices and strong governance.

You will establish goals, roadmaps and budgets, manage risks, and communicate with executives and the board. A senior PM with global delivery experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience, incl. 3+ years as a PM/Program Manager for a major global digital transformation project.
• Experience managing teams and managing third-party vendor delivery of digital transformation programs.
• PMP or Prince2 or equivalent qualification.
• Experience using Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and leading development programs using both Agile and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for a global digital transformation program.
• Set up governance structures to oversee the program progress and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Technical Leads.
• Work with IT leadership to ensure architectural understanding, data integrity, and security compliance.
• Develop a program plan with goals, roadmaps, timelines, budgets and indicators.
• Identify program risks and lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts.
• Coordinate dependencies between programs and support change management initiatives.
