Matchtech Group is seeking a Digital Learning Systems Manager to provide maternity cover for 12 months, based in Paddington. The role leads strategy, design and management of digital learning platforms across a global organisation, including Cornerstone, Elucidat, LinkedIn Learning, Vyond and Content on Demand.

• Significant experience in learning technology and digital learning systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of LMS/LCMS and eLearning tooling.
• Experience with Cornerstone administration and governance.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders across markets.
• Proven ability to lead a global digital learning team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital learning strategy, roadmap and LMS management.
• Manage and develop a global digital learning team.
• Oversee design, governance and quality of learning content.
• Localise learning solutions for multiple markets.
• Build and manage performance processes and system administration.
• Collaborate with French teams on annual performance forms.
• Identify innovative learning technologies, including AI solutions.
• Manage delivery plans, budgets, suppliers and reporting.
