Job summary

Kingfisher plc is recruiting a Group Digital Learning and Systems Manager to own the global digital learning strategy, platforms and content for over 80,000 colleagues. This 12 month Fixed Term Contract role combines people leadership with learning technology expertise to drive a culture of continuous development across the Group.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in learning technology and digital learning ecosystems.
• Strong technical expertise in learning platforms and content standards.
• Proven record designing and delivering engaging digital learning solutions.
• Strong leadership, coaching and budget management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Analytical with experience using learning data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and continuous improvement of Kingfisher's global digital learning ecosystem (Cornerstone, Elucidat, LinkedIn Learning, Vyond, Content on Demand).
• Manage and develop a team of learning designers and ensure content quality.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of performance management processes globally.
• Drive adoption of new learning technologies and map to the digital roadmap.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and build capability.
• Lead digital learning planning, governance, budget, and KPI reporting.
