Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK by the start of employment and throughout the graduate programme.
• Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and numerical skills; analytical mindset.
• Interest in digital construction, BIM and data management.

Responsibilities

• Utilise digital systems, CDEs, and software like Dalux and Procore to support project delivery.
• Modify 2D models and develop proficiency in 3D modelling as guided by management.
• Develop understanding of BIM documentation including BEPs, MIDPs, and EIRs.
• Prepare reports summarising project activities, including site visits and observations.
• Support review, checking and verification of project deliverables to ensure quality.
• Manage project documentation and maintain up-to-date records in project information systems.
