Job summary

Ferrovial Construction UK&I is seeking a BIM Graduate to join the Quality and Design Department in London (Euston). The 2-year graduate programme develops personal, professional and technical BIM skills through a blended approach.

You will gain experience with CDEs, 2D/3D modelling, BEP/MIDP/EIRs, and project documentation management. Right to work in the UK is required and there are mobility opportunities within Ferrovial.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in BIM, Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying or Construction Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Motivated to learn and contribute to a multi-disciplinary graduate programme.
• Analytical thinker with numerical skills and ability to handle large data sets.
• Proactive and able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Utilise digital systems, CDEs and industry software to support project delivery.
• Modify 2D models and develop 3D modelling practices under supervision.
• Understand BEP, MIDP and EIR documentation and assist in preparation.
• Prepare clear reports on site visits and observations.
• Assist in reviewing project deliverables for quality and contract compliance.
• Maintain project documentation in information systems.
