Job summary

Ferrovial Construction UK is seeking a Graduate for the Digital Construction & Data Management track as part of its two-year graduate development programme based in London.

You will work with CDE systems, BIM documentation, and common data practices, gaining hands-on experience across design, data management, and project delivery in a global infrastructure leader.

This role offers extensive training, mobility opportunities, and exposure to major transport projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare clear reports from site visits and observations.
  • Support review and verification of project deliverables against requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation in information systems.

The role

Ferrovial Construction is looking for a Digital Construction & Data Management Graduate to join the Quality and Design Department. The Ferrovial 2‑year graduate development programme is designed to develop personal, professional and technical skills through a blended approach.

Location – Euston, London

Key Accountabilities
  • Utilise digital systems, Common Data Environments (CDE), and industry‑standard software such as Dalux and Procore to support project delivery.
  • Modify 2D models and develop proficiency in 3D modelling practices under guidance of line management.
  • Develop an understanding of project‑specific BIM documentation, including BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs), and Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs).
  • Prepare clear reports summarising project activities, including site visits and technical observations.
  • Gain an understanding of commonly used forms of contract, including NEC and JCT.
  • Support the review, checking, and verification of project deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage project documentation and assist in maintaining up‑to‑date records within project information systems.
Skills and Competence
  • Excellent written and communication skills and ability to interact at a variety of levels.
  • Degree or master’s in Architecture, Architectural or Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Construction Management.
  • Motivated to learn and add value to the team, the role and the Graduate programme.
  • Analytical thinker who enjoys problem solving. Logical mindset with strong numerical skills.
  • Proficient at analysing and manipulating large amounts of data and information.
  • A proven team player who can effectively work with others.
