Job summary

Ferrovial Construction UK&I is seeking a BIM Graduate to join the Quality and Design Department in London. The two-year development programme builds personal, professional and technical skills through a blended approach and exposure to multiple engineering disciplines.

You will work with CDE platforms and industry software, developing 3D modelling capabilities and BIM documentation knowledge while collaborating with a diverse team on complex projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication across levels.
  • Willingness to learn and add value to the graduate programme.
  • Analytical mindset with numerical skills and data handling.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and BIM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Utilise digital systems and CDEs to support project delivery.
  • Modify 2D models and develop 3D modelling skills under guidance.
  • Understand BIM documents: BEP, MIDP, EIRs.
  • Prepare clear reports on site visits and observations.
  • Gain understanding of NEC/JCT forms of contract.
  • Support review, checking, and verification of project deliverables.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain records in information systems.
