Qualifications

• Graduate with degree or masters in BIM, Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic design environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilise digital systems (CDE) and tools like Dalux and Procore to support project delivery.
• Modify 2D models and develop 3D modelling skills under guidance.
• Understand BIM docs BEP, MIDP, and EIR requirements.
• Prepare clear reports including site visits and technical observations.
• Review project deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation in information systems.
