Job summary

Ferrovial Construction UK&I is seeking a BIM Graduate to join the Quality and Design Department in London. The 2-year graduate development programme develops personal, professional and technical skills through a blended approach, with exposure to BIM standards, documentation and digital tools.

You will work on CDE systems, 2D/3D modelling, BEPs and MIDPs and gain experience across NEC/JCT contracts, while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and contributing to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact at multiple levels.
• Degree or master's in BIM, Architecture, Civil/Building Technology.
• Motivated to learn and contribute to the team and Graduate program.
• Analytical thinker with numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilise digital systems, CDEs and industry software to support project delivery.
• Modify 2D models and develop proficiency in 3D modelling under guidance.
• Understand BIM documentation including BEPs, MIDPs and EIRs.
• Prepare clear reports summarising project activities and site visits.
• Gain understanding of NEC and JCT contract forms.
• Support review and verification of project deliverables and maintain records.
