Job summary

Molton Brown, based in London, is seeking a Demand Planning Team Lead to drive forecast accuracy across 10 global channels and three hubs. You will lead two planners, partner with Commercial teams, and align demand with business priorities while supporting NPD and promotions.

You'll work closely with senior management to translate market insights into robust forecasts and build planning capabilities across a 24-month horizon, ensuring inventory and service levels meet growth goals.

Qualifications

• The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years' experience in demand planning, preferably in cosmetics/FMCG.
• Experience leading and coaching a team to deliver targets.
• Commercial and strategic judgement in cost, revenue and decisions.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into forecasts and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand Planning team of two, guiding forecasts and processes.
• Analyze demand patterns, SKUs and market dynamics to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Molton Brown Commercial teams across regions on inputs.
• Engage with senior management to align demand with priorities.
• Support NPD launches and promotions with timely quantity planning.
