Job summary

Molton Brown, the luxury fragrance brand part of Kao, is seeking a 3PM Supply Planner based in the UK. You will lead short- to mid-term supply planning to ensure on-time, in-full delivery while optimising inventory, capacity and costs.

You’ll work with Sourcing, Quality and Customer Service to manage schedules and resolve constraints. We require 2–3 years in manufacturing (cosmetics/FMCG preferred), degree-level education, and strong SAP/MRP experience.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, cosmetics, toiletries or FMCG preferred.
• SAP experience within a supply and production environment with a good understanding of MRP.
• Proven experience in supply planning with internal and external partners.
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end 3PM operations and make complex decisions to improve ROI with supplier storage optimization.
• Collaborate daily with Sourcing, NPD, R&D and Logistics to align expectations and support sales revenue.
• Manage vendor forward requirements, supply plans and PO placements for finished goods and components.
• Support new product launches and range reviews, ensuring timely availability across markets.
