Job summary

Molton Brown, part of Kao, is seeking a Demand Planning Team Lead to manage two planners and drive forecast accuracy across global channels. You will translate market insights into robust forecasts and support inventory and service levels.

You will coach two planners, lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Production and Supply Chain, and ensure timely quantities for campaigns and NPD launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required; higher degree or relevant qualification an advantage.
• 5–7 years' experience in demand planning, ideally within cosmetics/FMCG, with experience using SAP/IBP or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead Molton Brown Demand Planning team, owning forecasts and driving accuracy across channels.
• Oversee analysis of demand patterns, SKU performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to align demand with business priorities.
• Coach and develop two Demand Planners and support their growth.
• Support NPD launches and seasonal promotions with timely quantities.
