Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom seeks a senior marketing leader to architect and scale an AI-powered demand-gen engine across the EMEA region, aligning strategy with measurable pipeline growth for enterprise software.

You will build and coach cross-regional teams, partner with Sales and RevOps, and manage budgets, compliance, and ROI across the full funnel with a strong emphasis on AI-driven personalization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B demand generation or revenue marketing leadership within complex SaaS or enterprise software environments
• 5+ years of direct experience hiring, coaching, and inspiring cross-functional or cross-regional marketing teams across EMEA
• Proven expertise applying AI technologies across campaign lifecycle management, personalization, and pipeline velocity
• Deep technical command of modern marketing stacks including Salesforce, 6Sense, and predictive analytics platforms
• Track record of effective cross-cultural communication and senior stakeholder alignment across a global matrix organization
• Experience localizing Account-Based Experience (ABX) frameworks across diverse sub-regions in Europe
• Advanced knowledge of regional data privacy frameworks such as GDPR
