Job summary

Pavilion Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for a large, complex global finance client. You will manage multi-location delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outputs across jurisdictions and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

The role focuses on standardisation, governance, and continuous improvement, with strong stakeholder engagement at global levels to align delivery with client expectations and drive automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must be ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualified (or international equivalent).
• IFRS and GAAP experience.
• Experience in global, multi-jurisdictional environments with international stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of finance managed contract for a global client, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
• Drive standardisation of processes across jurisdictions, implementing best practice controls and governance
• Act as primary contact for global stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships and provide clear reporting on performance, risks and issue resolution
• Lead and develop the onshore/offshore team, driving accountability and effective resource management
• Drive process standardisation, controls, and continuous improvement through optimisation and automation initiatives
