Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced senior delivery leader to drive large-scale, complex digital transformations for strategic Consumer Goods clients. You will govern global programmes, orchestrate cross-domain teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes with a focus on reliability, scalability and secure-by-design delivery.

• Proven experience leading large, complex global delivery and transformation programmes (£20m+)
• Executive-level escalation point and senior delivery partner experience
• Global Salesforce delivery expertise in CGC and TPM

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery strategy and translate client strategy into roadmaps
• Orchestrate multiple teams, domains and platforms with aligned dependencies
• Governance & performance: run planning cycles, steering forums and delivery governance
• Act as escalation point to manage risks, issues and client escalations
• Drive operational excellence: reliability, scalability, and secure-by-design delivery across technology landscape
• Lead at executive level and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Enable growth by identifying and driving delivery-led opportunities across the portfolio
