Job summary

Capital One UK is seeking a Manager, Business Analysis to lead strategic and quantitative initiatives across the Card division. Based in London or Nottingham, this hybrid role blends strategy, data, product and technology to design, test, and deliver credit strategies that support customer financial wellbeing.

You will mentor peers, drive end-to-end projects, and partner with Product, Tech, Operations, Finance and Risk to enhance outcomes in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, financial services, or a quantitative strategy/analytics role.
• Strong quantitative orientation with ability to pair conceptual thinking with analytical rigour.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate data into strategic narratives.
• Experience leading projects end-to-end and fostering inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape business strategies that deliver sustainable growth, customer value, and commercial success.
• Deliver product-level modelling and analytics to refine risk models and inform decisions.
• Design customer-centric lending products and implement pricing strategies.
• Translate strategy into actionable technical and business requirements for delivery.
• Partner with Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, and Risk to improve outcomes.
• Translate customer insights into go-to-market strategies and experience concepts.
