Job summary

Whitefox Technologies seeks a hands-on Business Systems Partner to align data, reporting, and AI-ready processes across innovation, engineering, operations, commercial and finance. You will build systems, reports and automations, driving data integrity and value while collaborating with our IT lead.

The role starts with core data, reporting and governance, with potential expansion into AI and automation as the foundation matures. You will operate across multiple regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in business systems, data analysis, BI or process improvement roles.
• Strong ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate into solutions.
• High level understanding of data structures, data quality, integration and governance.
• Hands-on experience administering/configuring ERP platforms (SAP preferred) for usable reporting.
• Hands-on experience administering or configuring a CRM platform (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot) including data model and integration.
• Proven Power BI dashboard development and self-serve reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review data and systems with each department to map practical data solutions.
• Lead data improvement projects and deliver an actionable improvement roadmap.
• Build and maintain Power BI reporting and self-serve dashboards.
