Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Data, Reporting & Analytics Lead for Global Business Services to own the data landscape and drive accurate reporting and advanced analytics across the function. You will lead data quality, governance and KPI definitions, partnering with CFOs, Genpact and GPO to ensure timely delivery.

You will translate operational data into actionable insights, build dashboards, develop data models and contribute to the continuous improvement roadmap through automation and analytics

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in data, reporting or analytics in finance or global services
• Experience leading or in a lead role preferred
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle SQL/PLSQL) for data manipulation
• Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modelling
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle Fusion ERP
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Retrieve data from multiple sources and ensure data quality
• Identify trends and correlations using statistical methods
• Design and develop regular and ad-hoc reports with clear visuals
• Build interactive dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring
• Collaborate with CFOs, Group Finance and Genpact for reporting delivery
• Develop data models and dimensional modelling techniques
• Ensure data governance, accuracy and security
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and analytics
• Lead cross-functional teams including IT, finance and legal
