Job summary

IVC Evidensia seeks a Data, Reporting & Analytics Lead for Global Business Services to own data capabilities, governance, and reporting. You will drive accurate, user-friendly reporting and advanced analytics to support data-driven decisions across regions and functions.

You will translate operational data into insights, shape the GBS data landscape, and lead cross-functional teams including finance, IT and Genpact to improve data quality and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in data, reporting or analytics within a finance or global business services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX and data modelling.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other ERP systems.
• Strong SQL skills (Oracle SQL/PLSQL).
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve data from multiple sources and ensure data quality through cleaning and transformation.
• Identify trends and correlations using statistical methods and analytical tools.
• Design and develop regular and ad-hoc reports with clear visuals.
• Build interactive dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with CFOs, Group Finance, Genpact and other stakeholders for delivery.
• Develop data models to facilitate analysis and reporting.
