Job summary

WPP is pursuing an ambitious Enterprise Data transformation, seeking a Global Programme Manager to lead delivery across markets, technology teams and stakeholders. You will drive momentum, structure and accountability, ensuring alignment with the Data strategy and governance standards.

You will coordinate with the PMO, Finance and vendors, manage risks and dependencies, and help enable AI-ready data foundations across the group while promoting adoption and change readiness among stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technology, data or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Ability to manage complex delivery plans across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors and geographies.
• Familiarity with data platforms, governance, integration or AI enablement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key Enterprise Data programme workstreams with defined scope, milestones and outcomes.
• Translate strategy into actionable delivery plans and governance actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across data, technology, business and governance.
• Maintain visibility of milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and critical path activities.
• Escalate risks and blockers with clear owners and mitigation plans.
• Support budget tracking, resource planning and benefits management with finance and PMO.
