Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Global Head of Strategy and Performance within Cybersecurity. You will set the direction for the function's strategy, measure impact and communicate progress enterprise-wide, collaborating with GCIO, COO and senior partners globally.

You will establish scorecards, OKRs and a future-state operating model, shaping workforce plans and ensuring investment aligns with outcomes. This is a high-visibility, enterprise-wide leadership role.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience setting strategy and performance management in Financial Services or technology.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the Cybersecurity strategy and multi-year direction.
• Define and maintain performance scorecards and OKRs across the function.
• Communicate progress to senior stakeholders, the Board and regulators with data-led storytelling.
• Lead workforce design and operating model planning in alignment with strategy.
• Align Finance & Resource planning with strategy and architecture.
• Oversee execution with partners to realise benefits and outcomes.
• Influence across GCIO, COO and wider business to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Craft executive narrative to enable timely, informed decisions.
