LGC Group is seeking a hands-on Head of Cyber Security Operations to join our global team and work directly with the CISO as their trusted operations deputy. You will lead security operations, oversee the SOC partner, and drive improvements across threat detection, incidents, and resilience in a complex, international setting.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading cybersecurity operations within a complex or international organisation.
• Experience leading or redefining a SOC, including working with managed security service providers.
• Strong knowledge across SIEM, threat detection, incident response, threat intelligence, threat hunting and security engineering.
• Experience handling major cyber incidents and advising senior executives.
• Broad understanding of enterprise security, including cloud, identity, networks, endpoints and vulnerability management.

• Oversee the outsourced SOC partnership to ensure modern tooling and processes.
