Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Global Head, Strategy and Performance in the UK to set direction for Cybersecurity strategy, performance measurement and executive reporting. You will drive multi-year plans, establish a Target Operating Model and align workforce evolution with strategic needs across a global enterprise.

You will shape executive narratives for the Board and regulators, maintain scorecards and OKRs, and ensure timely decision-making through clear, data-led messaging.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience shaping strategy and performance
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term artefacts
• Experience building operating models and workforce designs
• Strong track record in evidence-based reporting to executives

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Cybersecurity strategy and in-year/multi-year direction
• Shape Future-State Architecture aligned to strategy and value principles
• Align annual Finance & Resource Planning with architecture and TOM
• Establish and maintain the Cybersecurity Target Operating Model
• Develop workforce plans with COO to evolve roles with strategy
• Define and oversee Executive Scorecards and OKRs to track outcomes
• Communicate a data-led narrative to senior leadership, Board and regulators
