Job summary

HSBC Group seeks a Global Head, Strategy and Performance to define the Cybersecurity strategy, track performance and report progress to the enterprise. You will align strategy artefacts with multi-year planning and shape the operating model and workforce with senior partners across GCIO and COO.

The role carries enterprise-wide accountability and requires clear executive storytelling for the Board and regulators.

Qualifications

• Significant senior experience shaping strategy and performance in Financial Services or tech organisations.
• Experience developing artefacts for multi-year planning and delivery.
• Ability to design operating models and workforce aligned to strategy.
• Apply scorecards, OKRs and benefit realisation to evidence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set the Cybersecurity strategy and performance framework across the enterprise.
• Maintain Future-State Architecture, OKRs and Target Operating Model with senior partners.
• Create clear scorecards and benefit realisation to track investment outcomes.
• Shape executive narrative for Board and regulators and enable timely decisions.
• Engage GCIO and COO stakeholders across global business lines and regions.
