Qualifications

• Bring experience in strategy development, business planning, governance, assurance, risk management or change oversight
• Demonstrate understanding of the operational risk management framework and how to evidence risks and controls proportionately
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to turn complex evidence into clear priorities, options and recommendations
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including influencing and providing constructive challenge with senior stakeholders
• Use sound judgement to balance strategic, people, customer, commercial, operational and regulatory considerations
• Build governance, management information and assurance approaches that support effective decisions and clear accountability
• Bring experience of workforce planning, organisational capability, talent, succession, engagement and colleague development
• Coordinate competing priorities, dependencies and deadlines while maintaining robust reporting and escalation
