Join our Customs & Excise team to keep international shipments moving compliantly and efficiently. You'll prepare and manage customs and origin documentation, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely activity and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customs and origin documentation requirements (EUR1, invoices, packing lists).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in customs, freight, logistics or supply chain is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and manage customs, origin and shipment documentation to support compliant import and export activities and ensure records are accurate, complete and audit-ready.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customs agents, freight forwarders and external partners to support customs declarations, freight movements and the timely resolution of shipment queries or discrepancies.
• Monitor shipments and documentation processes, identifying and escalating customs, excise and compliance risks where appropriate.
• Support HMRC requests, audits and compliance checks while maintaining adherence to customs, excise and trade regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance compliance, operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Provide administrative and operational support for Customs & Excise activities, projects and freight operations.
