Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a Customs Operations & Service Coordinator in Greater London. You will deliver robust customs compliance, reconciliation, and reporting through data analysis, audit review, and oversight of warehousing and ETSF requirements. The role drives operational performance and supports key customers.

Core responsibilities include data generation, CRM documentation, and support for CAPA and continuous improvement activities, with a focus on timely responses and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in a Customs role.
• Good knowledge of customs brokerage process; CDS ideal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyse data; collaborate with Customs managers and supervisors ahead of customer business reviews.
• Assist in retention calls and document customer reviews in CRM.
• Support our Customs Compliance function by reviewing audit results and driving CAPA.
