Job summary

You will track shipments, analyze performance, maintain operation ledgers, and generate KPI reports, contributing to optimized cross-border logistics. Fluency in Chinese and English is required; a Bachelor's degree or higher is expected.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 3 years or above.
• Position-related Experience: 3 years or above.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Professional Skills: Prior cross-border operation experience required; candidates with customs or cross-border trade professional training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse entry reservations.
• Monitor full cargo flow from destination port to warehouse.
• Follow up on booking, pickup, customs declaration and clearance.
• Track shipment status and resolve exceptions in a timely manner.
• Manage operational data for cross-border businesses.
• Analyze overall operational performance in Europe and propose optimization plans.
• Maintain logistics operation ledgers.
• Calculate transit time and optimize transport capacity.
• Generate operation reports and KPI data.
