Job summary

• Experience dealing with enquiries via multiple channels
• Ability to provide helpful information and guidance to customers
• Strong customer focus with professional communication

Responsibilities

• Handling enquiries relating to individual applications via phone, live chat, emails and online messages within service levels
• Providing support and comprehensive service information and guidance to customers
• Building rapport with customers and treating all customers with respect
• Responding to customer complaints positively and proactively
• Deliver high standards of customer service and support the NPS programme
• Perform administrative tasks associated with the role
