Job summary

Haleon is seeking a senior Digital & Technology Solution Owner Innovate to Market to drive global ERP transformation. You will lead SAP S/4HANA, IPD design, governance and enterprise-wide standards to enable scalable, compliant business processes across markets.

You will partner with process owners, data teams and other solution owners to deliver integrated solutions, balancing business needs with long-term technology strategy in a complex global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven SAP ERP delivery experience (PLM, IPD, EPPM).
• Experience with large multinational ERP programs.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA understanding and global process design.
• Ability to define and govern global templates and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the global functional solution, standards, governance and documentation for the Innovate to Market end-to-end process.
• Define and maintain global solution blueprints, decisions rights, IT controls and policies.
• Ensure standardisation and harmonisation of ERP solutions across markets and regions.
• Lead Design-Build-Test-Deployment-Sustain phases of enterprise transformation and drive continuous improvement.
• Guard the global template during deployment waves and ensure alignment with SAP principles.
• Partner with Process Owners, SME, Data teams and other Owners to deliver integrated, coherent enterprise solutions.
