Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, organisational transformation or business readiness roles within complex global environments.
• Strong experience across global markets and cross-functional teams with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience gathering and interpreting qualitative insights and stakeholder feedback to support planning and decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across levels and adapt approaches for diverse markets.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and evolving programme demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead early engagement and market readiness activities across regions and functions ahead of deployment phases.
• Collaborate with deployment leads to design structured engagement approaches and surface market insights.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations for deployment planning and adoption strategies.
• Coordinate in-market engagement forums, leadership sessions and readiness discussions.
• Maintain ongoing feedback loops between programme teams, regions and stakeholders to keep plans aligned with local needs.
