Job summary

Study Group in Huddersfield is seeking a Data & Student Experience Coordinator to join the Student Experience Team at the Huddersfield International Study Centre. This fixed-term full-time role covers data management, assessments, and student finance.

You will implement Study Group policies, support QA activities, and work with centre and partner teams to ensure smooth operation and improved student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience).
• Supporting students in an educational context.
• Working to develop, build and maintain the Student Experience.
• Working in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the centre's definitive datasets and student results, producing reports for the Head of Centre/other team members.
• Act as secretary to governance boards as required.
• Ensure Study Group policies and SOPs are followed and support QA activities.
• Liaise with central teams to update student bookings with Study Plan changes and ensure accuracy in reports.
• Manage student invoices, fee deadlines and refunds in line with policies.
• Be a key point of contact for students and assist in organising student events and induction activities.
