Job summary

Responsibilities

• Line Management: manage a team of teachers and oversee sickness, holidays, and regular check-ins.
• Quality Monitoring & Improvement: lead observations, moderation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Data Gathering & Reporting: work with the Deputy Head to gather information for SAR and QIP.
• Leadership Contribution: collaborate with Head of College and attend monthly leadership meetings.
