This predominantly office-based role offers flexibility for home working and demand for strong organizational and communication skills to support international crews and logistics.

You will coordinate personnel requirements across assets, manage crew transfer to external services, handle crewing compliance, and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure personnel requirements are fulfilled across assets operating internationally
• Transfer operational teams to external crew management service for deployment
• Crew administration and compliance checks, maintaining updated information
• Provide regular updates and liaise with internal/external resources to resolve issues
• Secure timely crewing of vessels according to project needs
