Job summary

This role includes responsibilities interacting with clients and stakeholders throughout deal phases, ensuring high quality communication, analysis, and preparation of materials for internal reviews.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial markets.
• Previous experience in CLOs or structured finance/ABS.
• High proficiency in CLO market software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Interact with CLO issuers and senior execution team members throughout all phases of the deal.
• Participate in all aspects of deal execution including portfolio analysis and documentation.
• Develop knowledge of analytic tools and models required for rating agencies.
