Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Associate or Vice President in Global Credit Trading & Syndicate in London.

You will support Primary CLO Structuring/Origination and CLO Syndicate as JPMorgan’s placement agent for Primary CLO transactions and participate in deal execution, including portfolio analysis, structuring, documentation, negotiation and marketing. Qualifications

• Experience in CLOs or structured finance/ABS.
• Proficiency with CLO market software: CDOEdge, Cashflow Evaluator, Intex Dealmaker.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with CLO Issuers, Senior Execution team members, Syndicate, Sales, Legal Counsel, Rating Agencies and Investors.
• Participate in deal execution including portfolio analysis, capital structure tranching/rating, documentation, negotiation and marketing.
• Develop knowledge of analytic tools and models to size transactions for rating agencies.
• Model CLO transactions for the rating agencies, issuer and investor clients.
• Monitor and prepare materials updating senior bankers and marketers on market conditions.
