HYTORC Middle East FZE is seeking an experienced finance leader to ensure internal controls and robust financial processes across international subsidiaries. The role reports to the CFO and interfaces with Sales, Operations, and IT to optimize risk management and financial accuracy.

The position oversees monthly closes, audits, and intercompany settlements, with travel to international offices as needed. Strong ERP and Excel skills are required.

Formación

• 5-10 years’ work experience in a similar management role
• International experience is desired
• Strong accounting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information to heads of department

Responsabilidades

• Monthly close for international subsidiaries
• Oversee local accountants in multiple international offices
• Oversee local GAAP and statutory compliance with local authorities
• Monitor intercompany recharges between related parties
• Monthly financial reporting to CFO and stakeholders
• Cash management with emphasis on disbursements
• Oversee internal controls and processes
• Provide business analysis reports for management
• Cost center and cost unit accounting
• Production controlling with production departments
