Huble, a UK-based global partner of the year, seeks a Financial Controller to own finance end-to-end for a growing international business. You’ll lead the accounts team, consolidate Group reporting and drive cash flow across currencies from a UK home-based role with optional London office access.

You’ll oversee month-end, audits, VAT, payroll, intercompany pricing, and the ongoing simplification of finance processes, including AI-driven improvements.

Qualificações

• Qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent UK accounting qualification.
• Experience managing a finance or accounts team.
• Hands-on with full accounting cycle from bookkeeping to consolidation.
• Experience across multiple entities, currencies and jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of controls, audit, VAT, payroll and statutory reporting.
• Proficient in cash-flow, budgeting and forecasting; Xero and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Run the day-to-day finance function across all Group entities, from bookkeeping through to trial balance.
• Lead the month-end close and consolidate Group reporting.
• Own cash-flow forecasting and working capital management across currencies.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies and approval processes, including intercompany and transfer pricing.
• Own revenue recognition across projects, retainers and subscriptions, and improve visibility of margin by customer, service and region.
• Lead budgeting and reforecasting, and explain variances to leadership.
• Run the annual audit and coordinate statutory accounts, VAT/GST and tax compliance with external advisers.
• Simplify and automate finance processes (including exploring AI options).
• Lead, develop and grow a high-performing accounts team.
