SAMY in London is seeking a visionary Creative Leader to drive high-impact ideas across global clients, elevating the team's creative standard and mentoring others.

You will lead from brief to concept, deliver social-first campaigns, balance stakeholder input, and ensure platform-native, culturally relevant work across markets. This role offers hybrid work and opportunities to grow within a fast-moving, award-driven agency.

Qualifications

• Strong conceptual creative experience developing big ideas and campaigns from brief to execution.
• Social-first mindset with understanding of platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Global experience on multi-market accounts beyond UK.
• Agency background combining traditional creativity with digital/social.
• Award-winning campaigns or work recognized by major festivals.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development from brief to final idea.
• Produce social-first and influencer-first campaigns.
• Identify new opportunities and challenge briefs.
• Ensure platform-native, culturally relevant ideas across markets.
• Lead polished ideas for Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, etc.
• Mentor Junior and Mid-Level Creatives and provide direction.
• Lead client presentations and manage stakeholder feedback.
• Oversee project management across markets.
