Job summary

SAMY is looking for a senior creative leader to steer high-impact ideas across global clients and projects. You will mentor junior teams, raise creative standards, and ensure strategic execution while crafting social-first and influencer-driven campaigns.

You will guide briefs to final concepts, challenge norms, and push for platform-native, culturally relevant work. The role focuses on international impact and festival-level recognition within a hybrid, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Strong conceptual creative experience across big ideas and integrated campaigns.
• Social-first mindset with platform-specific translation across formats.
• Global/multi-market experience beyond UK.
• Agency background with traditional and digital foundations.
• Award-winning portfolio with internationally recognised campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-impact creative ideas across multiple clients and projects.
• Raise the creative standard of the team while mentoring others and ensuring strategic and executional excellence.
• Lead creative development from brief to final idea.
• Produce breakthrough social-first and influencer-first campaigns.
• Challenge briefs and identify new creative opportunities.
• Ensure ideas are platform-native and culturally relevant.
• Lead development of ideas with ambition to compete at Tier 1 international festivals (Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, The ANDYs, Clio, etc.).
• Deliver work capable of achieving shortlist recognition at leading international creative festivals.
• Identify award opportunities across ongoing client work and proactively shape ideas to maximize creative impact.
