Job summary

SAMY UK is seeking a Creative Lead to own end-to-end social-first campaigns, translating briefs into standout ideas and guiding multi-disciplinary teams.

You'll collaborate with Strategy, Accounts, Production and Influencer teams, mentor juniors, and help expand creative solutions for clients across markets, while contributing to pitches and global projects. The role offers hybrid work, international mobility, and a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Creative concept development: Experience developing original creative concepts and campaign ideas from a brief, with a strong focus on ideas rather than purely execution or production.
• Social-first and/or influencer marketing projects: Experience working on social-first and/or influencer marketing projects, with a good understanding of how ideas can translate across different social platforms.
• Creative agency experience: Previous experience within a creative, social or digital agency environment, ideally working across multiple brands and types of projects.
• Global or multi-market exposure: Experience contributing to international, regional or multi-market projects, with an open and culturally aware creative mindset.
• Strong creative portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating original ideas, creative thinking and campaign work, with exposure to award-winning or creatively recognised work considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts and social-first ideas across editorial, influencer, content and integrated campaigns.
• Turn strategy into compelling creative solutions.
• Ensure work is relevant to platform behaviors and creator culture.
• Mentor junior creatives through day-to-day collaboration.
• Develop ideas with the potential to compete in local and regional creative festivals.
• Contribute to building award-worthy work from concept through execution.
