Job summary

FARFETCH is seeking a Compliance Program Manager for a 12-month FTC in London. You will own end-to-end management of global compliance pillars, ensuring our marketplace operates ethically and in line with international and local regulations, codes of conduct, and product-safety standards.

Based at our Old Street hub, you will drive policy governance, training and awareness programs, risk reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with legal and business teams to embed a robust compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and proactive with attention to detail.
• Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies and training.

Responsibilities

• Overall Program Management for global compliance pillars.
• Lead periodic review and rollout of global policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage the compliance group email and communications.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for senior leadership.
• Lead Training & Awareness calendar and onboarding processes for employees.
• Govern ethics policies and ensure updates to Code of Conduct and related policies.
• Develop and enforce a robust regulatory and product compliance framework.
• Collaborate with legal and business teams to define restricted-item policies and automated controls.
