Job summary

EML Payments Solutions Ltd (EPSL) in London seeks a Senior Compliance Manager to lead global assurance and testing across UK, EU, APAC and US. You will drive strategy, frameworks, and independent assessments of control effectiveness, reporting to executives and the board.

You will build cross-functional relationships with Internal Audit and Risk, champion automation, and guide a small team to deliver high-quality testing across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading assurance reviews and testing programmes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of EU/UK/US/APAC regulatory frameworks and ability to apply principles globally.
• Experience in global, matrixed organisations, ideally in payments or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compliance assurance programme, defining strategy and testing frameworks.
• Plan and deliver risk-based testing across regions and regulatory changes.
• Provide independent assessment of control effectiveness and executive reporting.
• Drive standardised testing, trends and assurance metrics for leadership.
